Senior VP of Business and Community Development Len DiCostanzo recently sat down with Channel Partners’ Craig Galbraith at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, which took place February 26 – 28, 2014. They discussed Autotask’s search for partners beyond managed service providers (MSPs), the process for transitioning to a managed service model (which Len prefers to call an “evolution”) and the importance of having the right tools in place to support growth.

According to Len, “You can’t be into managed services without the right tools – it speaks to automation and having tools that help you automate existing processes and new ones you develop down the line.”
