Autotask Community Live!: Getting Social in Miami

Autotask Community Live! was back in Miami for a second year in a row. And WOW, it brought the heat this year. With more than 50 Autotask and customer-led sessions, panel discussions, product workshops and so many networking opps, it was one of our best!

After a full day of boot camps on Sunday, Monday morning kicked off with lots of excitement surrounding President and CEO, Mark Cattini and VP of Product Management, Patrick Burns’ keynote on integrating our PSA and RMM, the ticket UI, mobile focus, client portal, and hints of what’s to come. But later that night at the networking reception, the baby tiger really stole the show!

Every year we look forward to hosting #CommLive and sharing (in-person) the latest Autotask updates. We plan for months to make sure customers have plenty of opportunities to learn more about how to get the most out of Autotask to help grow their businesses and customers. We also look forward to hearing feedback about the sessions, keynote, panels, parties, venue and everything else that goes into making #CommLive well, #CommLive.  

To share in the #CommLive excitement, this year we launched the Autotask Community Live! mobile app. Attendees could upload photos, statuses and document their experience over the three days of the conference. We received great feedback and saw so much enthusiasm for #CommLive in the app and on Twitter
