TechTarget: Company culture ideas to boost your IT channel teams
By Nicole Lewis
If your company hasn't paid enough attention to your mission, your values, and your employees' growth, development and happiness at the workplace, then you
might want to rethink your strategy and focus on a few key questions. Is your company providing the leadership that aligns its mission with employees'
skills, values, morale and well-being? Is your company communicating effectively to your workers what is required of them, and do you accept feedback from
workers on what they think needs to be improved?

By Ananda Rao Lidi

Employees work at different times, in different time zones, and several times work while being on the road. In such a scenario, a secure sharing platform
becomes essential not only as a single place to store digital artefacts, but also to allow an employee to continue work seamlessly from where his/her
co-worker may have left off.
Information Management: As IoT Proliferates, The Role Of IT Keeps Growing
By Fredrik Nilsson
Traditionally, the roles of digital and physical security in enterprises have been comfortably siloed. Physical security systems, including analog CCTV
video surveillance and access control, were the responsibility of the facilities management and security teams. IT was responsible for securing the network
and protecting against cyber attacks. With the massive growth of connected devices and the Internet of Things (IoT), and as organizations have moved from
analog to IP-based video surveillance, IT’s role is shifting dramatically.
