If you didn't make it this year, here are the top news highlights from our annual user conference and partner event, Autotask Community Live (ACL).

Autotask Community Live: Introducing the $6 billion MSP ecosystem
Covered by Sam Pudwell of ITProPortal, Autotask CEO Mark Cattini discussed key areas for growth.

“One of the things that I think there’s absolutely no doubt is that the world is continuing to move to managed services. I spend an awful lot of time speaking with customers and I can tell you I hear it in those conversations.”

You can listen to Mark’s full keynote below:

New Ticket Interface Draws Round of Applause
Michael Novinson of CRN reported on one of our most exciting innovations: Autotask To Roll Out New Ticket Interface With Visual Timeline, Checklist

Autotask will introduce the new ticket user interface early next year that will provide a service progression timeline and a checklist of sequential tasks for the technician.

The new interface will streamline repetitive tasks through increased automation and reduce the amount of time MSPs are spending on predictable use cases, according to Pat Burns, Autotask's vice president of product management. You can check out more on the new ticket UI in our blog post here.

Autotask Endpoint Backup Adds Another Important Dimension to Unified Offering
John Moore of TechTarget highlighted Autotask’s newest offering: Autotask extends its MSP platform with file backup

Autotask Endpoint Backup offers managed service providers (MSPs) and other channel partners the ability to provide a backup service that can take advantage of other platform components. The backup product, for example, works together with Autotask PSA to minimize service provider costs with respect to such functions as provisioning, deployment and billing, according to the company. Autotask has dubbed this strategy “unification,” which was a key discussion point at the Autotask Community Live conference.

“Autotask is endeavoring to make sure they are delivering an entire stack to the MSP community,” said Thomas Clancy Jr., president at Valiant, an MSP based in New York.

We’d like to thank the media and writers for attending ACL and capturing all of this year’s conference news. Other noteworthy articles from ACL can be found here
