Account Manager
Location: East Greenbush, NY

Autotask Corporation is seeking highly motivated professional to join one of the fastest growing Software as a Service companies in the Northeast as an Account Manager.

The Account Manager’s mission is to make new Autotask customers highly successful as quickly as possible, and to keep them satisfied and productive with our products and services on an ongoing basis. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact with the customer and will build and maintain a solid relationship based on responsiveness and trust.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage new customer implementations ensuring that the customer is up and running effectively in the shortest amount of time
- Monitor customer utilization of the Autotask system
- Seek opportunities to sell additional licenses or professional services
- Monitor overall customer satisfaction
Account Managers may perform the following secondary duties as needed from time to time:
- Provide technical support via phone and email
- Provide pre-sales support
- Assist with software testing and other Quality Assurance efforts
- Provide input to development on key features for future versions of the product
- Improve processes in the Account Management organization
- The position may require a small degree of travel
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Efficient typing skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive experience working with MS Office applications
- Experience working with a CRM tool (ACT!, Goldmine, SalesForce, SalesLogix, etc.)
- Prior presentation and/or technical training experience considered a plus
