Essential Responsibilities:

IT Project management to IS Standards. Responsible for staff development including training, quality review, performance management, as well as development and maintenance for new and existing development. Provide technical leadership, direction and coordination of project activities including guiding and developing international team to meet deliverables on Client/Server.NET and Web based UNIX, and Linux technologies, using knowledge of full life-cycle software development. Handle escalated issues from the team, staffing, and department financial responsibility and manage and execute defect triage process and coordinate delivery of critical fixes with product development teams. Identify and evaluate technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
• Five years of experience in software programming, analysis or engineering

Experience to include:

• Three years experience in technical management using QA testing tools, SQL, Oracle.NET,
• UNIX, Linux, and WinRunner. PMP Cert. Prof. (or equivalent).
