It enables MSPs and IT Service Providers globally to offer superior solutions to their clients, including PSA, RMM, FSS, networking and business continuity, and backup and disaster recovery from one company.The combined organizations have approximately 1,300 employees with offices in more than 20 countries. Their nearly 13,000 customers service more than 500,000 SMBs in 125 countries worldwide.

How will this merger affect customers?
This powerful combination of Autotask Unified PSA-RMM and FSS and Datto’s industry-leading business continuity solutions will deliver unprecedented innovation and unmatched levels of value and service to our customers and partners worldwide.

Will the merger affect third-party integrations or relationships?
As with prior platform expansions, we continue to believe our customers should adopt solutions that are best for them and therefore, continue to support our third-party integrations. Many of our customers depend on the strong relationships we have built with other providers. Datto will also continue to support its partners who utilize other solutions.

How will this impact existing and future offerings?
In the immediate term, there will be no impact to our product offerings. We have already begun planning to develop a joint product roadmap to build on Autotask’s unification and provide seamless solutions that meet the evolving needs and drive value for of all our customers and partners. We’ll continue to see our world class products improve while developing the most compelling platform in the industry.

Under what name will the combined company operate?
For the time being, the organizations will operate under their respective brands. More information will be available in the coming weeks.

No, your Account Manager will remain the same.

How does this affect access to product support?
Our current support channels remain open and staffed by the same service team you are accustomed to working with to meet your support needs.

Both Datto and Autotask support channels remain unchanged and staffed by the same service team you are accustomed to working with for your support needs. Please use the existing Datto and Autotask channels as you have been.

How does this affect Service Level Agreements?
Our service level agreements remain unchanged.

How does this affect contract license terms?
Contracted license terms continue unaffected.

How does this affect published product release schedules?
