Autotask Corporation Names Power Consulting Group to Certified Consulting Partner Program

EAST GREENBUSH, NY; October 31, 2012 – Autotask Corporation, the world’s leading provider of hosted IT business management software, today named Power Consulting Group, Inc., as an Autotask Certified Consulting Partner. The Certified Consulting Partner (CCP) program was launched to meet the needs of Autotask’s rapidly growing customer base in the Americas and around the world.

Tom Osborn, Autotask’s Vice President of Client Services, emphasized the value of this program at the Autotask Community Live conference in Orlando, Florida in June this year.  “Autotask’s Certified Consulting Partners have a unique opportunity to share and leverage their industry expertise, product knowledge and regional exposure to drive value for other Autotask users,” said Osborn. “Autotask users benefit by leveraging that special expertise to make sure that their Autotask system not only meets their operational needs, but maximizes their overall efficiency and effectiveness.”

Autotask CCPs must complete a rigorous training and testing program before receiving certification, and are required to participate in ongoing training programs to maintain their certified status.

Power Consulting, a New York City–based IT Services provider, brings extensive experience from building a highly successful Managed Services business, as well as consulting on best practices using Autotask.  Ronnie Parisella, Power Consulting’s Director of Business Development, is a founding member of the Certified Consulting Partner program, and also leads the Autotask Tri-State Area User Group. The group provides a forum for area IT service providers to share ideas, challenges and solutions for using Autotask to manage and build their businesses.
