Integration Features

Bi-directional ticket synchronization with the service desk module, updates to the ticket status and ticket notes are synchronized between Managed Workplace and Autotask. With the ability to define custom ticket statuses in Managed Workplace, users can now map these custom ticket statuses that they define. Any updates to the ticket notes in Autotask, will be synchronized back with Managed Workplace.
