In this workshop, you will learn to maximize features in Autotask Endpoint Management to help you manage your devices. 

We will explore how to create and apply your own custom filters, groups and user defined fields. Our next focus will be the newly improved Patch Management feature set, allowing you to take full control over the patching of your Windows devices.  

We'll move on to reviewing device management.  We will show you how to determine what devices are in your networks and how you can manage those assets,  

Finally, we will wrap up this valuable training by configuring the integration with Autotask PSA.  The integration will spotlight the insight, ease and intelligence that a unified platform provides.

  • Understand, create and utilise filters, groups and user defined fields in AEM 
  • Create effective patch management policies, tailoring them to the needs of your customers 
  • Collate a list of networked devices and manage discovered network endpoints

Phillip Williams
Knowledge and Communications manager 

With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry including 4 of those years as a Senior Product support specialist and trainer of AEM, Phillip has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to AEM. His current role as Knowledge and Communications manager focuses on ensuring important AEM related information is communicated effectively to our customers and throughout our international workforce. Prior to his work at Autotask, Phillip was a computer systems engineer mainly working on important infrastructure contracts for police force forensic teams in the UK.
Laura Poblete

With over 3 years of Autotask experience as a Product Support Specialist and Trainer, Laura is easily able to educate customers on how to fully utilize the Autotask platform to grow their business. Laura’s current role of Trainer focuses on delivering effective training programs to increase customers’ knowledge and use of Autotask. Prior to her work at Autotask, Laura has provided database support to customers across the globe in English, German, French and Spanish.
