Timothy Blaszak
Vice President, Sales Engineering, Americas
Tim is responsible for providing sales support as well as industry, business and product expertise to help potential customers and partners understand the value of Autotask’s solutions.
 
Prior to Autotask, he served as an IT Director for a software development company which provided software, systems and services to retail pharmacies, hospitals and HMOs.
 
Tim has an extensive and accomplished IT background with more than 21 years of Information Technology experience serving both the enterprise and MSP markets.
Jake Carroll
Vice President, Channel Sales
Jake Carroll is responsible for Autotask’s reseller and solution provider partnerships. He works closely with partners to help them understand the value of Autotask’s offerings with a focus on the Autotask Endpoint Management solution.
 
Prior to Autotask, Jake was Director of Americas Channel Sales for MapInfo, a provider of location intelligence software.  With more than 20 years experience in the IT industry, he is a frequent industry speaker and panelist on a wide range of channel focused topics.  

Rick Paul
Partner Development Manager - North America, East
Rick is the Partner Development Manager for Autotask Workplace covering the Eastern US and Eastern Canadian territories.   In this role Rick works to enable new Workplace partners and grow existing partner’s File Sync & Sharing services.  Rick has been with Autotask for 9 years and has over 20 years experience in software sales and business development with IT Service Providers and Enterprise accounts.

Prior to joining Autotask, Rick held sales positions with Concord Communications (acquired by CA Technologies), Kronos, and Mobile Comm.

He attended Westfield State University where he received his BA in Mass Communication
