Ready to take your existing knowledge of service desk management to the next level?

In this workshop, we will review the configurations needed to not only capture good reporting, but to drive your day and decisions. We will finish up with looking at widgets that make for an insightful dashboard to ensure you know what needs to get done, who is going to do it, and when it will be done!

This is not an introductory course. As such we will not be covering the basic configurations. This training is perfect for those who have attended the initial Service Delivery: Tickets, Tabs and Widgets.

In this course, we will:
  • Configure a Ticket Category to support our scenario
  • Create and manage a SLA associated with a Configuration Item
  • Configure Service Call Statuses to support our business need
  • Configure Workflow Rules and Widgets to drive our workflow process

A laptop is required for this event.
