To take your contracts to the next level, we will be focusing on financial visibility using Dashboard Tabs and Widgets, using Contract UDF’s effectively and creating Workflow Rules that will assist with managing our contract processes. Furthermore, we will be reviewing the functionality of the Invoicing Wizard and Invoice Templates.

Learning Objectives

After this workshop, you will be able to:
  • Configure the security level for Contracts
  • Configure Contracts and use their UDFs effectively
  • Copy and Modify Invoice Templates
  • Create Contract Workflow Rules to automate contract processes

Jeanne-Denise was born to be a trainer. Her passion for teaching others began shortly after she learned to speak, when she began a lifelong quest to educate others on the correct way to pronounce and spell her name. JD was thrilled to join Autotask as a Product Support Specialist in 2012, and she was quickly promoted to Customer Trainer. JD loves being able to guide customers to their "lightbulb moment," when everything finally makes sense.
