With over 20 years of commercial experience in the international IT services sector, Carl Henriksen is now CEO of the well-established, thriving, UK-based MSP, OryxAlign.

He moved to the UK from Namibia in 1996, and earned his spurs over the next decade operating in the IT support sector as an effective senior technical account manager. His passion for delivering excellent customer service was well-honed over this period. With this wealth of experience behind him, he boldly established OryxAlign in 2007.

Over the subsequent decade, he has built OryxAlign into a hugely successful, multi-million pound managed technology service provider with a large, loyal, and diverse client base which is ever-expanding. Carl has a deep understanding of the MSP market, the technologies and trends which drive and shape that market, how to develop and execute successful strategies to protect existing market share, position the business for growth, and pursue new opportunities.

After working in IT for over 20 years, the UK’s Chris Timm has experience in a range of technologies, including hardware and software, security, databases, and development. He founded an MSP business in 2003, which he sold in 2012. Then, Chris spent time working with both Autotask and Datto in the UK as a pre-sales and business consultant. Now, he’s bringing his sales talents and regional expertise to Auvik as a UK-based sales consultant.
