With his passion for technology, commitment to quality and an unrelenting drive to help customers succeed, Mark has helped Autotask achieve the most impressive growth in its history and successfully expand its solutions and operations around the world.
Mark began his career in the software industry in his native UK where he worked at several technology companies, including nine years at Lotus Development Corporation. He has also served as President and CEO of Awareness, Inc., a social media software development company and President and CEO of MapInfo Corporation (where he led the company through 17 consecutive quarters of record growth and its acquisition by Pitney Bowes in 2007). Following the acquisition, Mark served as President of Pitney Bowes Marketing Services and was a member of Pitney Bowes’ leadership team.
Mark has a BA in Business Studies, with Honors, Thames Valley University, London, UK.
Elmer brings over 20 years of financial and accounting management expertise in the technology sector to his role at Autotask. Over his career, he has helped to lead 3 successful IPOs, secured over $40 million in debt financing and has participated in half-a-dozen significant M&A transactions. At Autotask, Elmer focuses on ensuring the company is meeting its strategic growth objectives.
Before Autotask, Elmer was Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Hubspot, a leading SaaS marketing and sales platform company, where he helped lead the efforts for its successful IPO. Elmer has also held senior financial management positions at publicly traded Sonus Networks, Airvana and Razorfish/i-Cube. He started his career as a consultant with Price Waterhouse.
Elmer is a CPA and has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York and a MBA from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts.
Scott is one of the original founding employees of Autotask. Scott has a dynamic approach to all things creative and a passion for results, which lends itself well to the strategic execution of the company’s global brand and marketing programs. Scott has been instrumental in increasing marketing’s effectiveness through the use of a data-driven analytics approach focused on maximizing ROI. He also manages the company’s business, partner and community development programs.
Prior to joining Autotask, Scott was a marketing consultant to the enterprise software industry and a principal of NearMe, a mobile content platform. He was also responsible for the successful launch of Time Warner Cable’s Road Runner high-speed Internet service.
Scott has his BS in Marketing from Clarkson University, Potsdam, New York.
Kevin is an exceptional relationship builder highly skilled in helping businesses understand how technology can help them succeed. He is responsible for the development and execution of Autotask’s global sales strategy and works closely with Autotask’s worldwide network of solution provider partners and resellers to drive significant growth opportunities for Autotask and its partners.
Prior to Autotask, Kevin was Vice President of Vertical Sales for Pitney Bowes Software (formerly MapInfo Corporation & Group 1 Software).
Kevin attended the State University of New York at Potsdam, Potsdam, New York.
Adam is experienced in building and managing highly effective teams that produce relentless service and award-winning products that consistently delight customers. At Autotask he oversees engineering, which includes product development, quality assurance, documentation, help desk and data center operations.
Since the start of his career in 1989, Adam has managed numerous service and product teams for rapidly growing startup companies. He has been instrumental in taking each of these companies to successful exit.
Adam has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York.
Len is one of the most widely-recognized figures in the IT industry with more than 25 years experience in the channel. He joined Autotask in 2008. Len develops and nurtures Autotask’s strategic industry alliances around the world. He also works tirelessly to ensure the continued success of Autotask’s global client base by developing and delivering business building and product education content via live and on demand webinars, events and other digital media.
Before Autotask, Len was founder and CEO of a business technology solution provider that was one of the first to develop a managed services practice, generating recurring revenue by delivering scheduled and consistent IT services to clients in support of business operations.
Len currently sits on CompTIA's Vendor Advisory Council.
Len has a BS in Computer Science from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island.

Mark is adept at managing highly successful sales and product marketing teams and motivating them to go above and beyond. Under Mark’s leadership, Autotask’s international business has grown by more than 140% in less than two years time.
Prior to Autotask, Mark served as Managing Director, EMEA for InfoPath Corporation, a mobile device management software provider. He was also Sales Director for EMEA at SmartTrust (now Giesecke & Devrient), where he ran the European business providing business and operational support systems for Tier 1 Telecommunications Operators.
Mark attended University College London, Kingston University and London Business School.
Walt brings 25 years of software and services experience in the technology sector to his role at Autotask. He leads Autotask’s global client services team with a focus on enhancing customers’ overall experience helping them to maximize their investment in Autotask via innovative implementation and professional services, training and technical support initiatives.
Before Autotask, Walt was with 3M Health Information Systems, a provider of advanced software and consulting services that help organizations capture and classify health care data and comply with regulations. He also managed the global professional services team at Pitney Bowes Software (formerly MapInfo Corporation).
Walt has a BS in Management from The Lally School of Management, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Troy, New York.
Patrick is a true innovator with an extensive background in product development at high technology companies.
Patrick leads strategic product planning for Autotask’s global IT business management platform. Patrick and his team define the business requirements and set prioritization for new improvements to the Autotask platform, managing them throughout the product lifecycle. Working closely with engineering and client services, product management ensures that new initiatives bring maximum value to customers and align with corporate goals.
Prior to Autotask, Patrick held various product management and marketing roles at PowerOne Media, helping to grow it from a start-up to the largest provider of digital advertising solutions for newspapers in North America.
Patrick attended Stanford University, Palo Alto, California.
Tom’s experience in the implementation and support of SaaS and enterprise business applications is directly applied to managing Autotask’s global services and support strategy, including the development of new offerings, working closely with the company’s global network of certified partners and advancing the overall quality of the services and support provided to customers to ensure their long-term success with Autotask.
Before Autotask, Tom was Director of Services at Pitney Bowes Software (formerly MapInfo Corporation & Group 1 Software), where he led projects and staff internationally and implemented repeatable processes and packaged services offerings that led to increased profitability year-on-year.
Tom has his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as well as ITIL Foundations, Service Design and Service Operation certifications. Tom has a BS in Computer Science, Siena College, Loudonville, New York and a MBA from the College of Saint Rose, Albany, New York.
