Account Manager - E.Greenbush, NY

Applicant will be responsible for supporting Autotask Customers, selling Autotask Add-on Products, driving internal account growth and managing day to day account activity.  In your role you will proactively identify, support, and forecast sales opportunities with Autotask customers.


Enterprise IT Regional Field Sales Managers - CA/TX

Enterprise IT Regional Field Sales Managers (RFSM) are responsible for prospecting and identifying new account opportunities within Enterprise/Internal IT departments for IT Service Management solutions. RFSM’s are expected to be able to deliver effective presentations, and demonstrations, to help manage and further their relationship with a prospect from lead inception to close. RFSM’s should have the capability of working with all levels within a prospects’ company; with a focus on C Level Executives. They are expected to work with Partners to collaborate and enhance the opportunity for a sale.


Implementation Manager - London, UK

The primary responsibility of the Implementation Manager is to provide timely and efficient consulting, project management, and process integration services to new clients in order for them to successfully implement the Autotask platform.  This job requires employees to combine their expert Autotask product knowledge with the demands of the IT Services Industry to ensure short term value add as well as long term customer retention.  Successful candidates will have a mix of technical skills, ability to deliver high value service, project management experience, teamwork and a do what it takes approach.


Inside Sales Rep / Business Development Rep - Los Angeles, CA

Inside Sales Rep / Business Development Representatives are responsible for sourcing, generating and building new business opportunities for the company through cold calling, emails and following up on warm leads.   This role is the first point of contact with the prospective customer.  The Inside Sales Rep / Business Development Representative must have the native sales skills to build a pipeline of qualified new prospects and deliver, or to be trained to deliver, effective presentations and product demonstrations. 


Inside Sales Rep / Business Development Rep - Chicago, IL

Inside Sales Trainee / Business Development Representatives are responsible for sourcing, generating and building new business opportunities for the company through cold calling, emails and following up on warm leads.   This role is the first point of contact with the prospective customer.  The Inside Sales Trainee / Business Development Representative must have the native sales skills to build a pipeline of qualified new prospects and deliver, or to be trained to deliver, effective presentations and product demonstrations.


Manager of Product Support - E.Greenbush, NY

The Manager of Product Support will work in a web-based customer support environment with an emphasis on response and high levels of customer satisfaction.  They will act as a manager and mentor for the Product Support team.  They will be supporting the Autotask PSA web-based application and responsible to resolve, or escalate all incoming customer support requests. They will be expected to deliver the highest level of service in the industry.


Product Support Specialist - E.Greenbush, NY

You will work in a web-based customer support environment with an emphasis on response and high levels of customer satisfaction.  You will be supporting the Autotask PSA web-based application and responsible to resolve, or escalate all incoming customer support requests. Requests may be workflow, technical or contractual in nature and you will need to ensure the customer’s interests are represented. You will be expected to deliver the highest level of service in the industry with a goal to create “Raving Fans”.


Product Support Specialist - Richmond, UK

You will work in a web-based customer support environment with an emphasis on responsiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction.  You will be providing support for the Autotask software application over the phone and in electronic communications.  You will be responsible to answer system questions, and troubleshoot to resolve or properly escalate all incoming support incidents.


QA Team Lead - E.Greenbush, NY

The QA Team Lead will be responsible for managing other testers within your team. Responsibilities include insuring the quality of Autotask software products, communication, documentation and processes associated with these efforts. Also responsible for development and execution of quality processes, test plans and test cases and communicating test results. The QA leads will report directly to the Manager of Quality Assurance.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for assisting the sales team with in depth technical knowledge of the Autotask product. The Sales Engineer is also responsible for demonstrating the product capabilities to prospective Autotask customers.


Sales Executive - London, UK

Business Development / Sales Executives are responsible for prospecting and identifying new account opportunities in the SaaS market for IT Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Internal IT users. Business Development / Sales Executives have the native skills to deliver, or to be trained to deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations.  Successful candidates have at least 1+ years’ experience helping to manage and further their relationship with a prospect from lead-inception to close. Successful candidates should have the capability of working through a consultative sales process with all levels within a prospect’s company, with a focus on senior decision makers including C-Level Executives. They are expected to work with Autotask team members at all levels to collaborate and enhance the opportunity for a sale.


Sales Executive - Munich, Germany
