Autotask Corporation and Anchor Partner to Bring the Value of the Cloud to the Channel

EAST GREENBUSH, New York – Autotask Corporation and Anchor today announced an integration partnership that combines the powerful services-automation capabilities of Autotask software with Anchor's sync, sharing and collaboration platform to give partners unprecedented ability to monetize and manage cloud storage for their customers. The partnership will help partners gain insight into the cloud storage environment provided by Anchor, including usage statistics, system activity and alerts.

The integration will allow any activity within Anchor, which offers a Dropbox-like [b1] sync service, to be pushed to Autotask. Companies within Anchor can be mapped to Accounts within Autotask so that tickets are pushed to their appropriate owners. Additionally, ticket due dates, priorities, queues, statuses, and sources can be configured within Anchor.

Integration with solutions like Autotask has helped Anchor capture the interest of partners looking to adopt cloud storage service offerings. "Applications like ours can't live inside of silos. Integration with respected vendors like Autotask will be a key focus for Anchor in 2013 and beyond, with a commitment to listening to partners needs and enhancing their ability to manage client offerings effortlessly.

In addition to the partnership with Autotask, Anchor is continuing its expansion in the channel with the release of its SaaS (hosted) offering for partners. Partners will now be able to choose between hosting their customer’s data within their own infrastructure or using Anchor's infrastructure to build their cloud storage business.
