Autotask Names Bob Vogel Chief Marketing Officer
Brings 20 Years of Marketing Experience to Management Team

Rensselaer, NY - Autotask Corporation, the leading provider of IT Services Management Software, has named Bob Vogel Chief Marketing Officer.

As CMO, Vogel is responsible for creation and execution of the company's strategic marketing initiatives, evolving the Autotask brand, creating awareness in target markets, and instituting lead-generation activities to drive the company's sales.

In announcing the addition to the Autotask, Dick Frederick, President and Chief Operating Officer, said, "Bob brings to Autotask more than 20 years of experience in direct marketing, e-commerce, strategic development, and advertising through all mediums. Over the past 20 years, Vogel has worked with hundreds of companies in scores of industries in leadership roles at direct marketing giant Euro RSCG Devon Direct, as well as at the helm of his own marketing communications agencies. His experience includes the development of strategic plans and creative business ideas to open new channels of distribution, increase market share, build brands and increase customer loyalty, sell over the internet, generate leads, and launch new products. even to start entirely new businesses.

In addition to his skills as a marketing strategist, Vogel is an entrepreneur, having started five successful new ventures during his career. He has both a technical and creative background, with a BS degree in science and MS in communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
