Autotask® Announces Expansion of Business to Focus on International Sales
Business Management Software Adapted to Help IT Solution Providers Overseas Run Their Businesses Better
EAST GREENBUSH, NY - Autotask Corporation, a provider of web-based business management software for IT service providers, announced enhancements that make the software ready to use by English speaking service providers outside of the United States.

New enhancements in the software include support for the metric system in travel calculations, ability to localize vernacular in key parts of the applications, support of virtually any global currency, and support of any international date and time formats. The product is aimed at helping IT solution providers overseas run their businesses better in terms of tracking, recording, projecting and identifying profitability of accounts.
Autotask already has customers in over a dozen countries, including the UK, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Dubai, The Netherlands, New Zealand, and France. Autotask Corporation will continue to sell direct to incoming inquiries while it explores potential channel partners overseas. The company will also look to answer the need of its domestic customers that have VAR channels overseas so that there is consistency and efficiency across business practices. In addition, Autotask will increase staff to train and support all of its international customers so they are able to accommodate the business hours of any customer's time zone.
