Autotask and Coast Solutions Group Collaborate On Web-Based Project-Management Platform
Provides CSG, its Customers, Solution Providers and Vendors With Instant Access To Status Updates of On-Going Projects

Rensselaer, NY - Autotask Corporation today announced the company has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Coast Solutions Group (CSG). The partnership will allow CSG to deliver a centralized, Web-based platform for project management, service desk and CRM functions to the 90+ service providers in CSG's nationwide network.

As part of the arrangement, CSG will migrate its pre-sale opportunities and active projects onto the Autotask IT Services Management software. CSG will also provide partners with a special Autotask team license that gives CSG service partners access to status reports on any projects on which they collaborate. Any CSG member of a project team can update progress on assigned tasks, enter time, access service tickets, and generate reports from any computer connected to the Internet. End user customers will also have view-only access.
