Autotask Names Stewart VP of Customer Service
Seasoned Executive Focuses Team on Customers
Rensselaer, NY - Autotask Corporation, the leading IT Services Management software company, has named Adam C. Stewart as Vice President of Customer Service.
In announcing the appointment, Autotask President Richard Frederick said, "Adam brings a wealth of experience to the team, broadens the vision and adds depth. He will direct the restructuring of the Autotask team into four business units: implementation and account management, training, customer service, and professional service. This is being done to refocus our energies on our customers and provide more accountability."
Previously, Stewart was Vice President of Technical Operations for iLinc Communications, Inc. Before that, he was Vice President of Global R&D for Mentergy, Inc. Stewart, who lives in Troy , holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
