Autotask Repeats as Great Places to Work Winner
Autotask Wins Same Award, in New Category
RENSSELAER, NY - For the second year in a row Autotask Corporation - the leading provider of web-based IT Services Management Software - has been named "One of the Great Places to Work in the Capital Region" by the Capital District Business Review. The award recognizes Autotask's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions, and company culture.
Autotask, based in Rensselaer, was one of more than 130 companies to enter, making the list of finalists on the strength of its employee evaluations.

"We were surprised to win last year in the under 30-employee category, and delighted to win this year in the 31-50 employee group. The top companies will be profiled in a special supplement of the December 9th Business Review and will be celebrated at a luncheon December 8th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Albany.
The Business Review launched its Great Places to Work program in September, contacting more than 500 human resource managers and executives at companies throughout the eleven-county Capital Region.
Companies were evaluated on information collected from employees responding to a Web-based survey. The results were analyzed and scored by assigning points to each question, and weighing them according to emphasis on creativity, flexibility and collegiality.
