Survey Shows Real Gains From New Autotask Suite
Demonstrates 15% Improvement in Billable Services for First 100 Customers
Rensselaer, NY - A new suite of Web-based tools for small- and mid-sized project-driven companies has generated average savings among early users of 80% in the time required to record and report time-entry and billing functions, and average increases of 15% in captured billing time, reports Autotask Corporation, Rensselaer, N.Y.
A survey of its first 100 customers using the new project and time management solution found that the fluid, flexible suite of robust software tools has led to these gains by helping users realize efficiencies and streamline operations in every aspect of the project-driven business process, including sales and customer relations, contracts and billing, project management, timesheets and resource management, help desk and issue tracking, and reporting.
"With Autotask, now anywhere that we enter data-whether it's for CRM, project management, service desk activity, or billing-it all goes into the same place and we can access it from anywhere," reports one customer in the survey, Shabbir Safdar, Chief Technology Officer of Mindshare Interactive Campaigns, a Washington, D.C.-based public affairs communications firm.
Nothing falls through the cracks anymore, and we always have a real-time snapshot of our business," Safdar adds. "For a company like ours, time (saved) is literally money."
