Special Interest Groups. ‘Groups’ lets users to create, own, manage and participate in robust, affinity-based, micro-communities within the Autotask CommunITy. Groups may be public or private, listed or unlisted and provide members with exclusive access to their own forums, media gallery, blog and wiki.
