Each one of your clients has their own account "home page" in Autotask. From here, you have a 360-degree view of EVERYTHING for that client, including all: To-dos, notes, sales opps, individual contacts at the company, service tickets, configurations on their installed assets, account billing info, and attachments such as contracts, proposals, and more.
Autotask includes a powerful internal calendar that is always updated whenever you create a to-do, appointment, or service call.
