    The CRM module includes the Sales Manager Dashboard, which displays your personal sales information for the current month, and can also be sent up to your Autotask home page. Streamlined Opportunity & Quotes Workflow. New enhancements allow instant navigation from Opportunities to Quotes to Quote Items and back again, making it faster and easier than ever before to create, manage update and track your quotes and opportunities. Opportunities can contain one-time, monthly, quarterly and annual items and opportunity values can be automatically calculated from the quote based for a specified target period. New Quotes default to opportunity details to streamline creation, and quoting workflow makes it easy to load quote items from templates or other quotes, group quote items by category and more.

VARStreet Advanced Quoting. The powerful VARStreet Advanced Quoting tool is now available from right within Autotask Opportunities. Users with a VARStreet login can generate VARStreet advanced quotes as quickly and easily as they create Autotask quotes. And, because all of your customer data and information is fully accessible, quotes generated in VARStreet are automatically tracked as individual sales opportunities in the Autotask CRM. After the sale, products are automatically stored in your end-customers' records as configuration items, ready to be attached to contracts and included in service agreements, and you can invoice items from VARStreet advanced quotes directly within Autotask.

Contact Group Manager. Want to quickly send a personalized HTML e-newsletter to decision makers at key accounts right from of Autotask? Just click to send. Create a follow-up To-Do for clients using the new Cisco CRS-1 Carrier Routing System? No problem. Pull together a list of all the law firms in your CRM that are located in New York, have more than 10 desktops and use MS SharePoint? Couldn’t be easier! With Autotask’s new Contact Group Manager you can quickly and easily create, manage and act on groups of Contacts in your Autotask CRM as quickly and easily as you work with individual contacts. Import Contacts directly into Groups, pre-schedule outbound group emails, even export your Contact Groups as lists for use in other applications.

Configuration Management. You need the ability to easily access configuration information about the hardware and software assets you set up and/or maintain for your customers. Autotask’s new Configuration Management lets you collect, view and report on all your critical device and software-specific information - including links to related devices and site-specific configuration data. It’s all readily accessible within Autotask, and at the fingertips of techs going out on service calls. You can also track service issues associated with devices and software to identify which products and vendors are high-maintenance and ensure you are pricing your setup and maintenance packages appropriately.

Improved Quoting Capabilities for Recurring Services and MSPs. Users can now generate comprehensive quotes for recurring services, managed services, and software as a service (SaaS) offerings. It’s easy to quote separate monthly unit prices per device (like price per firewall, server or desktop), quote a price per user or quote a fixed price based on a complex service bundle. In addition, electronic quotes can now be sent and reviewed online and then updated in real time as changes are made.
