Microsoft® Exchange
The Microsoft Exchange product extension seamlessly copies from Autotask to your
Microsoft Exchange applications a range of data types, including: contacts, service
calls, to dos, and appointments. Once configured, any work you do in Autotask is
automatically synchronized to Microsoft Exchange, giving you quick and easy access
to the contacts, service calls, to do items, and appointments from your PC, PDA
or laptop. Additionally, appointments created in Outlook are automatically created
in Autotask.
With this integration turned on, you can be sure that the Outlook applications used
by your team members will be automatically "synched up" with the latest information
in Autotask. Your administrator can set the frequency at which the data synchronization
actually occurs.
Here's what this Autotask extension can do for you:
- Automatically update Outlook Contacts with new items, updates or deletions from
Autotask.
- Keep Service Calls current in Outlook with the latest Autotask information.
- Update Outlook To Dos with the latest information from Autotask and send updates
