    Autotask’s powerful “Slide Schedule” feature allows you to modify the overall project schedule in the middle of the project, and all impacted tasks will be automatically adjusted to meet the desired new end date.

  • Create Ad-Hoc Project Teams

    Autotask allows you to create ad hoc project teams that can consist of purely internal resources, or include team members from your client, who collaborate on the project through the optional Client Portal add-on.

  • Projects Dashboard

Project Usability Enhancements. Two new project attributes have been added for department and line of business. Project search functionally has been expanded to include start date, end date, status, project lead, team member, department and line of business. The project search functions have additional columns available and a customizable column selector.

Add Products to Projects and Tickets. It is now much easier to bill for products – on a project, on a ticket and even directly in a contract. New enhancements improve and streamline your product billing workflow, automatically decrement inventory items and flows easily through billing and reporting.
