With Autotask QuickBooks® extension, you can transfer invoice and billing information to QuickBooks® automatically, removing the need for manual updating and eliminating the potential for errors in the process.
All of your Autotask accounts, product names, expense categories, allocation codes, and more can be matched up to their equivalent in QuickBooks® to allow for correct and consistent transfer of transactional data. Accounts, Item Codes, or Sub-Item Codes that don't exist in QuickBooks® can also be created for you automatically, further streamlining your accounting process.
Items that are kept in your QuickBooks® inventory can also be incremented or decremented automatically when transactions take place.
