Autotask Expansion, Execution, Evolution Means More Growth for the Autotask Community

I’d like to start by thanking our customers and partners for attending the seventh annual Autotask Community Live in Miami. This event is our biggest to date with more than 850 attendees from around the world. Our sponsors this year are a well-respected list of industry leaders and we appreciate their support and enthusiasm for what we’re doing here at Autotask.

This morning I kicked off the first day of sessions with a keynote address meant to give you an inside look at how well the Autotask community is doing and where we’re headed as a company.

I can honestly say I’ve never been more excited about the company’s prospects for the future. Why? It has to do with 3 key areas:

  1. Our community’s growth and Autotask’s growth and expansion
    • $4 billion invoiced by Autotask customers domestically and internationally
    • 40 million tickets created in Autotask
    • 75% of the Fortune 500 being serviced by customers/partners using Autotask
    • 5,504 Autotask customers in 93 countries
    • 7 offices regionally and internationally with more than 300 employees
    You are enjoying an incredible period of growth and your success has directly impacted our success and we thank you for that.  You have made us stronger than ever and we are going to continue to look for ways to help you drive your business forward and take advantage of this unbelievable opportunity in front of us.
  2. The overwhelming response to and the adoption of Performance Analytics
    At last year’s Autotask Community Live we introduced Performance Analytics (formerly Performance Dashboards), the first of its kind in our industry. A year later we’ve seen our community embrace Performance Analytics in unprecedented ways. More than 900 of you adopted them within the first six months of launch. That told us something important. You need analytics and you need them in real-time and right at your fingertips.
  3. Our completely reimagined user interface
    Which brings us to how we’re taking Performance Analytics to the next level with today’s unveiling of our new user interface. We’ve completely changed our thinking to deliver substantial value and ensure everything we’re doing helps you deliver successful business outcomes.
Our new user interface is going to help you deliver Smart IT and reach new levels of:

Efficiency:  To remain competitive and grow, you need to be more efficient in everything that you do. When you get more efficient you separate yourself from an increasingly commoditized marketplace.
Accountability:  With high levels of growth and expansion, you’re managing many more conversations and transactions than ever before. This creates new pressure points and a lack of clarity around accountability. With all this information flying through your organization, tracking it and holding people responsible is more important than ever. We give you that critical visibility.

Intelligence:  Without readily accessible reports on what works and what doesn’t and what is profitable and what’s not, there can be a feeling of operating in the dark, flying blind and potentially increasing risk to the business. We’ve taken that risk out of the equation with our integrated analytics and given you the real-time insight you need to make better, fact-based decisions.

You’ll be hearing more from us about how we continue to tightly integrate Performance Analytics into the platform as we prepare to deliver the next generation of our user interface—a more effective IT service delivery approach that’s designed for maximum usability and ultimate performance.
