March 02, 2015
Congratulations to Len DiCostanzo, Autotask’s senior vice president of community and business development, who was named a 2015 CRN Channel Chief! The Channel Chiefs list is comprised of channel executives who consistently defend, promote and execute effective channel partner programs and strategies. Honorees were chosen by CRN editors based on their track record of channel accomplishments, standing in the industry, dedication to the partner community and plans for driving future business innovation and channel growth.

Here’s a look at what CRN had to say about Len:

“A mainstay of the channel community, Len dependably provides thought leadership and innovative business guidance to Autotask's customer community, fueled by more than two decades in the technology services industry. He is responsible for ensuring the continued success of the company's global and growing client base as well as identifying, building and nurturing strategic industry alliances around the world. In support of client success, Len oversees development and delivery of business-building and product education content, facilitating peer partnerships while also advising the Autotask client base on sustainable revenue-generating opportunities.”

“Autotask's commitment to partners is showcased at its annual Autotask Community Live! conference. This year, Autotask Community Live! will be held in Miami, Floridaat the Trump Doral from May 17-19… In addition, to support customer education and business development, Autotask participated in over 200 industry events and delivered over 200 product training and business building webinars and live instructor-led workshops around the globe.”

Len’s advice to someone getting into the channel today: “I would advise attending key industry events, including Autotask Community Live! and XChange conferences, to attend educational sessions, network with their peers and ask lots of questions. They can also meet vendor partners/sponsors and learn about the various technologies, services and solutions available to help them grow their business. And, see what educational content CompTIA has to offer. Our industry shares best practices and new channel players should take advantage of that.”
