There was a lot of buzz leading up to ACL this year because we had big product news to announce. Another game-changer—the new Ticket UI—destined to make you and your team uber-productive. Frankly, we are obsessed with it so it’s beyond gratifying to have customers be excited about the possibilities to do more with it and the significant impact it will have on their day-to-day operations. 
More than 900 of you were there to hear the news firsthand and get a sneak peek. In fact, it was such a hit at ACL, John Moore, site editor, TechTarget, wrote an in-depth article spotlighting it and featured Autotask customers sharing what a new Ticket UI experience means for their business.
Moore cites industry expert Brendan Morse, senior research analyst with the Managed Services and Network Document Solutions advisory practice areas at InfoTrends, a market research firm as saying, “A good UI is extremely important. It takes a user-friendly UI to effectively leverage service automation and analytics for streamlined workflows…”
