CommLive 2017: In Review

Hard to believe it has already been one month since CommLive. We’re still settling down from all the excitement. We’d be remiss if we didn’t take a moment to reflect on the highlights and to share our gratitude to the entire staff of the Diplomat for helping to make this year’s event unforgettable. And to the city of Hollywood, Florida for welcoming us.

We’d also like to thank the more than 1,000 customers and partners who made the trip and spent 2-3 days sharing their success stories, tips/tricks and candor about how we can make Autotask solutions even better.

Here’s a quick look at some of the great moments of 2017 CommLive:

Community IRL. A group of CommLive attendees and staff generously volunteered time to help with Hurricane Irma clean up and relief efforts. A big shout out to this amazing group!

Networking in abundance. Just look at these pictures. By far, this was what we heard again and again as one of the best reasons to be at CommLive.


Peer Forums were a smash success and that’s because you all put your hearts into it and kept it real. Candid conversations, collaboration on display: it was a beautiful thing (look for a blog coming soon about why peer forums at CommLive were epic).

Amazing guest speakers. Who else was blown away by the powerful message former President Bill Clinton delivered followed by his incredibly informative Q&A session? If you missed it, find great recaps here and here. Peter Sheahan and Erica Javellana didn’t disappoint. They too shared valuable business-building insights.

FUN! How could we forget to mention the welcome reception, community networking night party (baby animals are so cute!) and all the amazing food, entertainment and laughs that was shared?

Thank you for making this our best CommLive ever.
