The Ransomware Files: First-Hand Ransomware Accounts

March 06, 2018
If you haven’t been hit with ransomware, it may be easy to have the “it won’t happen to me” mindset. And maybe it won’t. But 90% of MSPs are “highly concerned” about the ransomware threat. Meanwhile, only 38% of SMBs feel the same. And an alarming 79% of MSPs surveyed in the Datto State of the Channel Ransomware Report stated they had  at least 1 and as many as 5 clients fall victim to attacks.

Hear first-hand accounts from MSPs and learn how they protected and restored their clients’ data from ransomware attacks in our on-demand webinar - The Ransomware Files: First-Hand Ransomware Survival Stores. Vince Tinnirello, CEO of Anchor Network Solutions and James Tauer of Total Technology Solutions tell all about their experience with clients who were hit with ransomware last year.

When an attack does happen it's really important to ask your clients the right questions. Stop making decisions on behalf of the client. There are many ways to restore data. Give the client the choice, so they are part of the decision-making process and you understand their priorities and what they need to restore. - Vince Tinnirello, Anchor Network Solutions
