So, the good news is MSPs and ITSPs are expanding and growing. In fact, 75% of respondents in our Autotask Metrics that Matter™ survey said they’re adding up to 10 people over the next year to accommodate growing ticket and project volumes.

This means you are in need of a few good men and women to help clients with their technology needs. The tricky thing about this is finding and retaining the kind of talent that is going to represent your brand in the best possible way across every department in your organization. And we mean every department; from the person answering the phone at the front desk to the tech making onsite visits to clients.


To do this effectively, onboarding and training employees to set them up for success is essential. Is this an investment? Yes, but it’s one that can mean the difference between being successful or stagnating. You can have the greatest products and services in the world, but if you don’t have the right people selling and supporting them you can’t keep growing. People are the lifeblood of any business. Make it a focus and your entire business will reap the rewards.
