Autotask Opens New Offices in UK

Richmond, England — Autotask Corporation, the world’s leading provider of hosted IT business management software, today announced that it has opened a larger office in the United Kingdom to accommodate its growing presence in the region. It is the third time in 18 months that the company has expanded its offices to accommodate demand for its software and services.

“We have seen exceedingly rapid growth in our International operations,” said Mark Banfield, Vice President, International, at Autotask. “Product demand across Europe has been steady and strong, and the additional space will help us better meet the needs of our clients across the region.”

The new space boasts over 7,600 square feet and features a large conference room to accommodate the company’s Quick Start events, which provide interested prospects with the opportunity to spend a few hours with the Autotask team to learn how the application enables a disciplined approach to IT services management. The company also plans to begin hosting their Accelerator programme, a free half-day training for new clients, at the new location this spring. Quick Start events are run monthly in Richmond, interested prospects can sign up online.

In 2012, Autotask tripled in size in EMEA and expects to double the number of employees in the region in 2013.  Josette Valenti, Autotask Vice President of Human Resources, added, “These new offices enable us to offer a state-of-the-art workplace environment for our employees and the additional space required to house new positions in sales, pre- and post-sales and product support.”
