Circle IT Implements Autotask Solutions to Enhance Their Customer Experience

As its customer contracts were increasing in size, Circle IT decided to implement the Autotask platform because of its deep understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and its customised dashboard offering. Circle IT has also deployed Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) to its more than 9,000 users to help grow revenue through greater business visibility and understanding of customers’ IT issues.
