Autotask Aims to Redefine the PSA-RMM Space
Autotask Corp. is focused on customer experience and innovation, including its new user interface and redefining the PSA-RMM space. “We reimagined the PSA. I think we’re reimagining the combination of PSA and RMMs, [and] what an RMM can be,” says Mark Cattini, president and CEO. “We want to continue reimagining.” He adds, “It’s really going to be about customer experience.”

Autotask Community Live! Opens in Miami
The eighth annual Autotask Community Live! Conference opens today at The Trump National Doral in Miami. The conference features business strategy tracks combined with in-depth product training. A majority of the sessions are presented or co-presented by IT service providers and MSP users of Autotask products.
The endgame message is for Autotask’s professional services automation (PSA) platform and its recently acquired CentraStage remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform is to be integrated into a single platform for MSPs and other IT service providers.
