Autotask embarks on international growth
IT business management company, Autotask, is focusing on its growth globally, according to international vice-president, Mark Banfield.
Kaspersky Lab North America has integrated the Autotask Endpoint Management solution into its anti-malware technologies in an effort to help managed service providers protect their customer’s endpoint solutions.

Recap - Autotask Smart IT Summit
Mark Banfield, VP of lnternational Sales at Autotask started proceedings with an update discussing the historic location we were in (The Royal Institute, London). He also told us that the first International office was opened just over 4 years ago in Richmond and at that point they had only a handful of clients in Europe.
Autotask has decided to expand its London office to support the company’s rapid international growth.

Once again Autotask is having to take more office space to house its staff as part of its expansion. The additional space will be used to house new staff and also give more room to their FastTrack Implementation programme and also their highly rated regular training classes.

Autotask talks about changes among MSPs
Christian Nagele (below) from Autotask talks to IT Europa about the managed services market. He thinks there has been substantial change and growth in the last five years, and that some MSPs are facing a major challenge in keeping up with all the new ideas.
