Tasky is a ticket-focused slackbot that integrates into Autotask PSA. It allows MSPs that already use Slack as their internal communication tool to easily collaborate on and document tickets in Autotask PSA. It leverages slackbot commands and the slack mobile app so all MSP employees and resources can easily collaborate on tickets while in the office or out in the field.

Integration Features

Slackbot commands are used to create, update, or close tickets in Autotask PSA which saves time and allows techs to work tickets faster, easier, and enables them to better document the activity on a ticket. Also allows them to multitask on tickets

    1. ticket creates a ticket in Autotask PSA and associated channel in Slack
    2. note adds a note to the current channel’s ticket in Autotask PSA
    3. time creates a time entry on the current channel’s ticket in Autotask PSA
    4. service creates a service entry on the current channel’s ticket in Autotask PSA
    5. complete completes and, optionally, attached a final note to the current channel’s ticket
    6. history Attaches a transcript of the chat history based on time to the current channel's ticket in Autotask PSA
