Usernames (email addresses), company names, name of users, etc. can be associated with multiple accounts. Additionally, as our geographical cells are entirely independent, we may not be aware multiple accounts exist for these details.
As the TeamID, UserID, AgentID and FileID are entirely unique, this removes any possibility of error. With the ID's we can immediately, correctly locate the appropriate information and get to work.
Providing the ID's with an concise but detailed issue description is the most important part of getting a quick, accurate response to your support tickets.
